You may be eligible to become a surrogate if you meet these requirements:
- You are 21-42 years old and live in a surrogacy-friendly state.
- You have a healthy height/weight proportion (BMI between 19-35) and have not had gastric bypass surgery.
- You have given birth to and are parenting at least one child.
- You have a history of healthy, non-complicated pregnancy and delivery.
- You have had no more than 3 cesarean sections.
- You are a non-smoker (for at least 6 months) and are living in a non-smoking home.
- You have no history of criminal activity and you (and your partner, if applicable) agree to criminal background checks.
- You have a stable, responsible lifestyle and are financially sound with no government assistance.
