Am I Eligible to Become a Surrogate?

You don’t need to figure it out alone. If you are interested in becoming a surrogate but are unsure whether you meet every requirement, we’re happy to answer your questions before you apply.
You may qualify to become a surrogate if you
- are between 21 and 42 years old
- have given birth to and are parenting at least one child
- have a history of healthy pregnancy and delivery
- have had no more than 3 cesarean sections
- live in a surrogacy-friendly state
- meet general health guidelines, with a BMI between 19-35, and have not had gastric bypass surgery
- are a non-smoker (for at least 6 months) and are living in a non-smoking home
- have a stable, responsible lifestyle with no history of criminal activity
- are financially stable and not receiving government assistance
- are willing to complete medical, psychological, and background screening
